So, my last blog ended rather abruptly. My pancetta was delicious and nobody died of Botulism. I cooked it in some pasta carbonarra.
This next phase of the blog will not involve books but will be a paean to salad. I’ve been feeling a bit chunky from all the exotic treats and am going to take a break with some healthy, summer friendly greens and the like.
My first adventure was a quick throw together job. I didn’t even slice my carrots.
