All the mix-ins for this salad are to taste, I used very little mayo.
1-1.5 lb lobster, steamed and cut into chunks
Salt and pepper
Bed of greens
I intended to serve this in a pita pocket, but somehow the pita that I bought was pocket-free.
I suggest eating this salad with a Lienenkugel’s Summer Shandy; the lemon flavor of the beer is very complimentary.
